The employer of record division is one of the 2 oldest divisions of our group.

Through our Employer of Record (EOR) business unit, Suzy advises and support foreign corporations to set up and develop in China.

The quality and reliability of a service company is directly linked to the expertise and personality of its leaders and its consultants. A company is only as good as its employees and its leaders.

We are convinced of the importance of the personal relationship and trust between clients and service providers. All our Employer of Record (EOR) activity was initiated and developed from the beginning by Suzy MA.

  • VP Acropolis in charge of Education & International Universities Relations.
  • Suzy has been working in France for 11 years.
  • Back to China, Suzy was actively involved in the establishment of EM Lyon business school and created the Alumni network (EM Lyon China Club).
  • Since 2006, Suzy is China Representative of IAE Grenoble (Grenoble University
    Business school).
  • Trilingual French – English – Chinese, and native Shanghai dialect.

Our company

The employer of record division is one of the 2 oldest divisions of our group.
Our company is currently employing approximately 60 employees who are assigned to manage projects in China for more than 40 of our customers.

  • As an Employer of Record in China, we hire employees (recruited by us or brought in by our clients). Some of them are Chinese employees, some of them are foreign employees who are working for our clients’ projects.
  • Our Employer of Record clients in China use our services for an average of 3 years. Some of them have been loyal to us for more than 8 years because their business model does not require the creation of their own structure in China.

We host them in our offices which are located in a luxury building in downtown Shanghai. Others are domiciled and hosted in the offices of the French Chamber of Commerce in China (CCI France Chine), either in Shanghai or in Beijing.

  • Over the years, many of our clients have successfully established themselves in China starting with our Employer of Record services.

Our company is part of a group of companies specializing in BtoB relations and more specifically assistance with setting up and international development. We have a particular focus on China and Asia: China mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam.

In addition to our EOR services, we provide our clients with several other services through the various companies in our group. All our expertise is related to the establishment and development of businesses.
